This constitutes as sweet taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#5c0805;font-size:18px\">Sesame oil, olive oil, ghee and butter are good choices for cooking, to create unctuous quality. style=\"color:#510704;font-size:18px\"><strong>Avoid baths or showers at nighttime-<\/strong>&nbsp;This increases Kapha due to the water element that is predominant in Kapha&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p
