Oil well over eyes (Netra Basti/Tarpana) (30 min)
This is a classical ayurvedic treatment for the eyes.
A ring of dough is made around each eye and medicated ghee poured to create a bath for the eyes.
Netra Tarpana is recommended to relieve dryness, tiredness, pain, itchiness and reduction in dark circles.
Eyes are rejuvenated and refreshed. For dry eyes a minimum of 3 days is recommended.
