Abhyanga (Oil Massage) + Swedana – 80 Mins
Therapeutic herbal oil massage which is deeply calming and relaxing to the senses leaving the skin silky smooth. It’s followed by steam treatment (swedana) to open pores and allow deeper absorption of oil, further relaxing the body and mind.

This treatment is a deep and complete relaxation to the mind and body as it nourishes all the tissues in the body.
These relaxation and healing methods make use of the processes of massage and steam. In shirodhara oils and liquids are poured on the forehead. All these three processes are known to improve circulation, nourish the skin, reduction in joint pain and inflammation, toning tissues and more.
Shirodhara – 60 Mins
Shirodhara is calming and relaxing treatment done using warm Ayurvedic herbalized oil. Most Herbalized oil is treated with herbs like jatamansi, brahmi, shatavari that calm and ground the mind and nervous system. When shirodhara is done in series of 3 ,7 or 14 days it proves to be very effective to the mind and nerves.

Shirodhara is an ancient relaxation technique. Medicated liquids and oils are poured on the forehead in a particular way which helps with several problems including insomnia. It is known to bring about a psycho-somatic balance.
Shiro Abhyanga (Head Massage) – 15 Mins
Shiro Abhyanga head massage is a traditional ancient Indian technique of scalp massage. First, warm herb-infused oil is poured on the head. Next, the scalp is massaged employing a technique alternating between vigorous and gentle stimulating strokes.

Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic practice of oil massage that involves massaging warm oil onto the skin to nourish, detoxify, and rejuvenate the body. Swedana is a traditional Ayurvedic practice of inducing sweating to eliminate toxins from the body. Shiro Abhyanga is a traditional head massage for the scalp, neck, and shoulders to relieve stress and tension, in this therapy warm oil is used for the massage.

Kati Basti is a musculoskeletal treatment for certain issues related to bones, vertebrae and nerves.
Kati Basti – 60 Mins
The word Basti has couple meanings: one, it’s a compressible bag which when filled with liquid and squeezed, decompresses, letting out liquid in a jet-like manner. This basti concept is used in Panchakarma therapy of the same name- Basti.
Relieving pain, muscle stiffness, muscles spasms in low back by nourishing and strengthening muscles, nerves, ligaments….etc.
Mitigating ‘Vata’ in kati area. Kati is one of primary sites of Vata. Therefore, Vata is principle dosha responsible for pain and other related issues in kati area.
Panchakarma

Points to note:
Pancha means five and karma means procedure. The Panchakarma is a set of five treatments viz., Vaman ,Virechan ,Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshan.
