All services are by appointment only. A credit card is required to complete booking of your appointment. Gift certificates may be used in lieu of credit card to hold your booking. Below are our cancelation policies:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule we ask that you do so at least 2 hours in advance. A cancellation within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of $15. If an appointment is missed without prior notification a charge of $30 will be automatically applied to your credit card. We value your time and time of our staff and hence these policies. Additionally, some of our staff are working on an ‘on call’ basis and have traveled to the office specifically for your service. We are obliged to compensate them for their time and for the lost revenue.
When you schedule your appointment with us you agree to these policies. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no-show. At the time of service, you may choose your method of payment.
We ask that you arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as not to disrupt the scheduled appointments of other clients. The full price of the scheduled service will apply, so please plan accordingly.
